Wellbeing - helping yourself and your child

Are you finding it hard to adjust to the recent challenges?

Are you struggling to explain to your child why, how and what is happening? Do you need more support and help?

The recent COVID-19 challenges are difficult in many different ways; whether you feel isolated, worried, concerned about financial matters or anxious about what is going on around you.

We have put together a list of resources, videos and ideas to support you and your children through these unusual times.

These may help you and your child do the most important thing of all...TALK.  Remember we are here for the whole family, eager to help where we can and offer assistance and guidance when we can.

If you are unsure, please get in touch via email or text our school mobile number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
