MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND ADVICE

At William Lilley, we focus upon the 'whole child' and supporting their personal, emotional, social and academic development.  The mental health and well-being of our school community is a priority for us all.

We acknowledge that an important part of learning is being able to talk and explore our emotions during periods of challenge, which we all have at some time or other.  In recent times, since the onset of Coronavirus, children may be more anxious, frustrated, angry, worried or just missing their friends and social connections.  This is normal and support can be given in order to talk about and manage these emotions.

We have put together a range of resources to help you talk about emotions, overall mental health and various signposts to support for yourself and your family.
