The seasonal flu spray is offered to all children in Reception to Year 6.
This year the school Immunisation Team will be visiting William Lilley to deliver flu vaccinations on
TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2021
What do I need to do?
Parents need to complete an online consent form for each child - it's important a form is completed if you would like your child to receive the flu vaccination or not.
