In September 2019, it was announced that Stapleford had been chosen as one of 100 towns selected to receive a share of £1bn, being made available to regenerate towns across the UK. Stapleford will receive funding of up to £25m to invest in delivering projects to address the wider regeneration of the town. These projects will be delivered through and a combination of public and private sector partnership working. As part of the Towns Fund announcement, the Government has tasked Stapleford to come up with a number of ambitious projects which will inform a Town Investment Plan (TIP) and this is where we need your help. The TIP will outline the size and scope of the proposed projects and how they will drive future economic growth in the town, as well as help determine the amount of funding received.
